Shipping policy
Most orders can be sent through Canada Post letter mail. This greatly reduces costs for you! However, if you prefer to have tracking then please purchase it on checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on where you live.
For Letter mail, all orders are leaving from Canada so please expect your items to arrive:
3 to 10 days for Canadian customers
7-28 days for USA customers
21-60 days for international customers.
If you would like tracking on your order, you must add a tracked‑shipping product to your cart before checking out. Tracking is not included automatically.
You can find the correct tracking option by using the search bar on our website and typing:
- “Tracked Shipping Canada” — for orders shipping within Canada
- “Tracked Shipping USA” — for orders shipping to the United States
- “Tracked Shipping International” — for orders shipping outside Canada and the USA
Only orders that have the appropriate tracked‑shipping product added to the cart will include tracking. Orders without this upgrade will be shipped without tracking.
